Returning an order

Advance Design Hardware intends to provide hassle-free returns.

Enter your order number and email address in the fields and click Start.

Since the return is under our return policy, you will receive an email that your return request (RMA#) has been approved, and we will email you a UPS unpaid return shipping label within the next 24 hours. Do not return products without the authorization; you will not receive any refund or credit.

Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs, and we are not responsible for any return shipping cost except if the return is a result of our error.
